hey guys,

I'm on an old 3DS XL Sysnand on 4.5 - Emunand on 10.3. Currently using latest Getway Firmware 3.6.2 booting via MSET from BlueCard.

Recently I noticed, that Emunand savegames are no longer stored on the SD Card, that's inserted to the regular 3DS SD Slot.
Today I've been using my gateway card on another 3DS XL(2), that has it's own SD Card, I was planning to sell, booting up a game from Emunand. Closing it after 2 minutes as everything was working fine.
Returning the Gateway to my other 3DS XL(1) console, booting up the same game from Emunand, see that my previous savegame is gone, and the 2 Minunte savgame, that was created on the other 3DS XL being loaded.
Checking the 3DS XL(1) SD card shows me, that there haven't been made any changes to my savegame since 3 days, even though I have been playing several games, all of them with intact savegames.

Now's the question - How can I restore 3DSL XL(1) savegame and get rid of the 3DS XL(2) savegame, that's somehow accesible from both consoles, using different SD Cards.
Checking both Nintendo 3DS XL SD cards, aswell as the Micro SD where the games are stored, didn't provide any solution for me.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards

Recently I've been playing Code of Princess and a self-cryptofixed and dumped european version of Gotcha Racing which is actually a Card 2 release, because the rom re-packer told me to use Card 2 for enhanced compatibility. Seems like you already solved and fixed my problems - Thanks a lot!

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.
