I have a .sav file on Gateway, and of course I can't access my Gateway saves because I'm on B9S or whatever the fuck it's called. (I hate names like A9lh and whatever the fuck B9S. Can't they just call them something... not like "law922ek21oodnbka"?)

If someone could help me extract and decrypt my saves from Gateway and convert them for my CIAs, that would be amazing.

And if that doesn't work, is there a way to edit it (on a new game) so that I can use the Eon Flute right away and encounter ALL the portals on the map? (I tried what I could on PKhex for this, and can only really run into Zekrom and Geritina. When I try to run into the dogs, it gives me that "A ring floats in the air..." - as if I've already caught them, but I don't have that event flagged...)

So... halp? Pl0x?

Thank yew:)

No, that only works if you've got Gateway still working. As stated, I do not anymore, since I'm on the latest firmware, using B9S.

Or does anyone have a save, they're willing to send my way?

I'm a little cautious about adding in saves because when I tried importing my old "main" file (from the gateway days...) I was still at the beginning of my new game on the new file, despite having all the stuff from my old file... weird.

Just to clarify, it's not B9S that's prohibiting gateway, its the 11.4 firm (I am using my gateway just fine on B9S)
More importantly - most of the saves from gateway (if the games were .3ds/.3dz files and not installed to emunand) will be on the root of your 3DS SD card named something like 0004000002C23200.sav (you can use that DB site from the importing link above to find it) - you can just grab that from there and do whatever you want with it (rename it to "main" and use FBI to inject into the save data of ORAS via the Titles menu option). If it's not on the root of your SD card (and it was a .3ds/.3dz file) then the save is incorporated into the rom file itself - there's ways to extract it, but I never dealt with it so I don't know off hand.
If your ORAS was installed in a Gateway Emunand as a CIA, then I don't know.

They should be on the root of your SD; and you don't need to convert them, use SaveDataFiler (I can't link it to you, as it's a Nintendo 3ds dev tool). SaveDataFiler uses the .sav format, meaning no conversion necessary! Though, you will need the title ID of your games....
