I still haven't seen any solid proof that the ZR button is indeed the case.
I can't even see the hand shifting at all, and even if you did see it move a little, it proves nothing, since the ZR button is out of sight.

It looks like it gets pressed when they put it down, if you have a new3ds it's entirely plausible.
It's just a counter-conjecture to the idea that the Mii Plaza is related to the exploit, it's just as likely that the exploit has to do with forcing movement on the home menu, because there's no proof of any explanation.
