I have an idea to get an idea of where they are located; where at least where the person that is answering the emails is located.

If you are thinking about their IP that can be easily changed
Well said.Reporting it is one thing. I get that. Pointing out that you reported it on gbatemp is just farming for negative attention. Are you that desperate? I gave you some, do you feel better?
You're an adult who is the equivalent of "I'm telling teacher!!!" Most whistle-blowers who really do something significant don't go around announcing what they did. The fact that you can without fear of reprisal shows that nobody cares.
He must be a Ninty spy, tryin' to get us to do half his job before bustin' their HQi dont quite follow why ya wanna know where they are

I hope you guys do a great review of this product.
Another little thing, how can the video be that early if the console date says Tuesday 28/05? It was two days before the whole announcement. Assuming they are currently in production and planning distribution with the resellers, the game manager was finished between wednesday and friday? Why don't you wait a little longer and show a proper video then? Or show it right now.
Don't get me wrong, given some of the facts I believe is real. But is in my nature to question everything that don't have much sense xd
True; but if they haven't then its possible to get a ballpark idea of the location. Its worth a shot though and see what I get.
I don't see how it could help you in any way. Worse, it can give you something completely false in return since you have no way to verify is the IP address is the real one or not. So it could return an IP from USA while the guy is somewhere in China, or the other way around. You cannot even tell. It's best not knowing than knowing with... a 0% degree of accuracy. May as well just name a country at random.

SourceHas been referred to as "FLASHCART" are defined as "majikon" meant for homebrew on this blog, but the GATEWAY 3DS isn't FLASHCART is "majikon". Not homebrew. So of course development environment no is it can't develop native HOMEBREW.
@bsmjlm
To keep it short: Piracy - Yes , Custom Code/Homebrew - No.
According to my retailer folks, the device hits second week ish of June, and as I'm assuming international shipping it should arrive about seven to ten days later. My retailer also has contact with Gateway, and they confirmed this dated estimate as well.
What was once thought impossible has now been accomplished by the Gateway Team. The Nintendo 3DS can now use a hacked flash card to play pirated games; however, the team stresses that their flash card should only be used for homebrew and not piracy.
The team claims that selling this flash card on their website is a way of spreading the joys of homebrew software to hackers across the world. The side effect of being able to pirate any 3DS game was unintended as they are a legitimate operation and are not criminals.
“We’re not breaking any laws,” said Victor Toria, head of the Gateway Team, “We’re just allowing like-minded computer nerds to play around with the 3DS. Sure, we’re making money off this device which just happens to allow piracy, but our intention is not to promote piracy. We love Nintendo and pouring this much time into a device such as this would not happen with something like the Vita.”
When asked why they showed a video of hacked games being played instead of homebrew software, Toria replied, “It’s only a demonstration of the power of the flash card. We could have made the screen say ‘Hello World’ but that is boring. We went for the most exciting presentation and we hope word of this completely legitimate device spreads around the world. And yes, we are currently taking orders on our website.”
“I can’t stress enough how legitimate this is,” continued Toria, “I mean, sure, some people will use this to get games without paying for them but that’s only a small minority. This will not hurt Nintendo at all so they have no reason to come after us. Just to let people know, the card comes preloaded with sample software that allows people to load commercial games. Again, we strongly condemn people who use this sample software to play pirated games. It’s only there to showcase what the card can do and how the software works, not for piracy.”
Many gamers say they will learn how to program with this flash card by loading up games on the 3DS to see how it works.
