And my question is, why do they have to do that? They aren't selling food or taking advantages of a basic need of people. Is video games. We can almost consider this as a luxury. Is their business.

Lower prices means more people will likely buy it.

More people buying it means more profits then if you sold em at 35/40 USD.


Example

you sell 100,000 units at 34.99 MSRP. So nearly 3.5 million if you were able to take it all.

you selling 300,000 units at 19.99. Nearly 6 Million.

why are there people trying to prove that its fake, when they have a video evidence of loading a microsd card in the cart and inserting it in 3ds, moreover if its a downloaded game from eshop tell me how the heck did they get it on microsd so that we dont need a flashcart we can use the same files to boot from our sd card...
