So, I found my old NES with about 40 games, and I wanted to price them all, so to see how much I would get for my average game, I called up and tested the water with two games.

Wayne's World and Alfred Chicken.

The bastards had the gall to offer me $0.10 for BOTH! GAAAAH!

I know WW is worth about $20 and Alfred Chicken, about $13-15!

That's how much they're worth to collectors, not Gamestop (Or whoever you called).

I wouldn't be surprised if they gave you less than $5 for everything, since they probably wouldn't be able to sell them anyway.

My ass. I called a retro gaming store that specializes in this shit, and no it's not a collectors price its the goddamn market price.

i understand they won't pay me what it's worth, but atleast pay me half of what youre going to sell it for. shit.

WTF? All the Gamestops in my area liquidated their entire N64 inventory many years ago and their entire PS1 a year after that. I can't believe they even knew what a NES was.

Just sell them on Ebay..

Put the hard work in yourself, and get what people are willing to pay for them...

Amazon Marketplace is another decent option. Although the fees can become rather outrageous, you'll still get closer to a fair amount.
