are there any games like

the world ends with you

or

shin megami tensei 1

what those 2 games have in common is that they are steeped in japanese culture and everyday life...places that actually exist, awesome soundtracks and such.

are there any games that portray the japanese culture like those 2 games?
any genre is welcome!

If you only want DS games, here's some of the ones that I recall:

- Lux Pain (the localisation sucks, so sometimes it appears to be set in Japan, and at others somewhere else, still, it's clear that it's set in Japan).
- Phoenix Wright games (they're obviously localised to look more like the US or something, but it has elements from Japan, like the shinto priests, temples, samurai stuff).
-Time Hollow (it clearly has stuff that points to it being set in Japan).
- Inazuma Eleven games (all of them are set in Japan, the main city in the game, is actually set in Tokyo).
- Love Plus (not officially released in English, but there's a translation).

There's prolly many others, but I can't seem to recall right now.
