ROM Hack Question Games save doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with 2 game save on my switch. I was before under sx os (latest version) and I made the choice to go on Atmophere.
Before that, I took care to do backups of all my save with JKSV.
Actually on Atmo, with the latest version, I succes to put all my backups on my games except for 2 games :
- BOTW
- Super Mario 3D All Stars.

These games start but the save are not recognized.
After re-injecting the backup with JSKV:
For SM3D : screen freeze when a game is selected (64, sunshine, galaxy).
For BOTW : crash with a black screen.

I tried with EDIZON and Checkpoint , same result...
Can someone tell me if this problem comes from my switch ? Atmosphere version ? or if my backup is corrupted?

I use the latest version of JKSV to inject save, but it was an older one to do the backup.

I was able to import your save on my system, but this isn't the first time I've heard about problems moving saves from SX to Atmo. I'm not able to right now, but maybe in a couple of days, I'll get back to you with a build that will give me a rough idea of what's going on. OK?

I succeeded to get back my save with a particular method, I writing it to help those in need :

• I created new save for each game on my switch.
• Then, I imported a new save (100%) found on the internet.
• Next, I restored MY save .

In this order and only in this order, I succeeded to recover my old save from Sx OS.
