No, the problem happens when I update to 1.7. Let me rephrase, everything worked fine in v1.2. After I updated to v1.7, I can install and play the games that I have never installed in v1.2. However, for the one I installed before they all have the first error I mention the original post. Tried to roll back to v1.2 or switch to RajNX does not help.

Try using Atmosphere which you can find at https://www.sdsetup.com/
Going to try that since Im having the same issue. Although I was using the same Reinx all the time.
