alright so i have a black wii. and a old bricked white wii. i traded the dvd drives so the black one can play backups now. im on 4.3u and i hacked with modmii so i have cios and what ever comes with the program. and umm i want to play my gamecube back ups. so ya how do i do this.

Also, the IOS and MIOS (and the custom versions) contain code from Nintendo, and therefore can't be posted here. The "usb loader wads and .dol" you are referring to contain no code from nintendo, since they are coded from scratch with an unofficial SDK. And if you are refering to ModMii, it's just an App that let's you download these files, it doesn't contain them, which is why it's allowed to be here.
