I just got a Wii.. and hasn't tried playing GC games on it yet.. just wanted to know:
Do I need a Game Cube Memory Card to save GC games? Or can I use Wii's memory/SD cards?

you need GameCube's memory card, you cant use Wii or SD cards, shit thing is you cant even backup your GC saves to SD card or vica versa. (atleast with my firmware I can approve it)

Gameshark released a memory card with a USB port on the end. I use it to copy my saves to my PC.

I had the problem where my GC saves on my GC memory card would freeze up my game when placed in the Wii. Friends of mine wouldn't have that problem when trying to do the same thing - weird.
