Hacking gameboy games on r4?

how do i play gameboy games like pokemon yellowon my r4, i tried using lameboy but when i boot it up my ds freezes. btw i am using ysmenu. thanks in advance.

Why are you using YSMenu? Do you have an R4 clone of some sort? If you have a regular R4 use Wood R4.

I had Lameboy before I had Wood R4 (I used to have YSmenu, so yeah) and it worked just fine... Weird.
