Hacking game missing in template CTR-AMQP

a friend has the game disney magical world serial CTR-AMQP but there are no data in the template. I have already tried with skytemplatemaker program but does not work. the writer writes it but the sky does not see it

Edit: So I guess use that instead of the EU version.

version is eur, but I solved ...... just download the template came out yesterday

You had an european version?? Where did you download it please? I've been searching for this one forever and can only find USA versions!
Would hlp me out alot!
