im getting the error Software cannot be used. I installed it through the WUP Installer and it installed successfully anyone know whats going on? I have homebrew installed on my WIIU already.

Thats the thing. Haxchi doesn't see anything and has (No games found on NAND. Make sure that you have DS VC games installed on NAND
Do you have a legitimately purchased DS game on your Wii U? If not, you cannot use Haxchi or CBHC, and you will have to use Mocha.

Nope. Just bought my WIIU and the store to my understanding is down now. I have Mocha cfw installed but will send me right back to the HBW menu.

There store is not down in U.S., you have to buy a legit DS game to get Haxchi. Cost about $7.

The Wii U eShop is not down. You can still purchase a DS title from there.

If you don't want to purchase a DS game from the Wii U eShop, you can run Mocha from the homebrew launcher. You can follow this guide to run Mocha properly.

Out of curiosity, what is your system version?

Haxchi requires a legit purchased DS game (Brain Age is $7) to run, Mocha requires the web exploit by accessing a web site on the WIi U's web browser.

You should read the guide Lactus linked to.

5.5.3.
Whats the difference in Haxchi and Mocha. Im new to this so im still learning.

Haxchi is an exploit in some DS Virtual Console games that takes over the game and boots into custom firmware when launched, disabling signature checks and allowing homebrew apps to be launched straight from the home menu.

Mocha is a custom firmware that can be launched using the Homebrew Launcher.

If you want to be able to quickly access custom firmware straight from the home menu, use Haxchi. If you don't wanna spend money and you're fine with waiting for the internet browser, go with Mocha.
