Game error: Could not start the software.

Hi, so I recently installed 2k24 for the switch, but i keep getting the "Could not start the software. Please try again from the HOME MENU." error. I re-installed it multiple times, different xci files. Going into maintenance mode didn't help either. All the other games I recently installed work.

Any idea what might be causing the issue?

Note: I installed only the base xci, without the update, but that shouldnt be causing an issue, as I tried it with 2k22 and 2k23, and they both worked as just the base dump.

Did you check if your game is compatible with your firmware version? Probably you need to update it.

Yeah, that is no the issue, as I am running 17.1, and the required firmware is 16.0
