Hacking Game disappeared from Vita

I installed Gravity Rush using up MaiDumpTool and it worked flawlessly. I played a bit and then remembered I installed some themes but I didn't reboot, so I did a reboot.

After the reboot, MaiDumpTool was gone and Gravity Rush too, but the space they used is still in use (I had 6 GB of space prior to installation, I can remember, but now I have 4.5 GB). Is this normal? Or not rebooting immediately after installing themes caused this? Can I reinstall Gravity Rush without consuming extra space?
