What did you guys do to get Disgaea 2 to work on M33-6?

I've tried it tons of times and always get a black screen, I've disabled all plugins and tried the filelist trick, and I've even used a pre-patched ISO.

I have a UMD in the drive and have tried different drivers.

This sucks.

I have the same problem. Ive tried three different iso's just to be sure and I still cant get it to run on m33-6.

Disgaea 2 is working on my setup:
CFW: 5.50GEN-B
Driver: M33 -No UMD-

No extra fiddling required, I just followed Absynthe's instructions and it worked like a charm. Now to try Persona.

Same steps, but persona needs Sony NP9660 driver to work.

I want to know how people got Motorstorm to work on m33-6.

I get a, "This game could not be started" error when booting with decrypted.

No, Disgaea 2 still won't work.

Tried it with no UMD and the M33 driver, about 3 different ways of making the ISO. I'm using the correct EBOOT from the Decrypt folder thing.

I want to know how people got Motorstorm to work on m33-6.

Didn't Rockband due a similar thing? I think it was matter of putting a file of anything into a specific folder.

are you writing over the iso? if so, you can't. You need to write a new iso

rugby league challenge gets to the menu screen, but you cant actually choose the season or quick match mode ... when you select it, nothing happens

U can however access and select the other tabs: option, how to play, controls and credits

what do you think is going on??

Not too sure mate, I'm running it on a 2000. With Gen B (not 2), and the M33 driver. Everything works fine.

works on Normal, SonyNP and m33 driver
personally i think it runs fastest on SonyNP

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4 is working ^^ I had to disable Plain modules in UMD/ISO and Execute BOOT.BIN in UMD/ISO in the recovery menu and to set M33 driver at UMD iso mode ^^
