G6 U-Disk v4.6 Released!

Though not on the official page at the time of this writing, this U-Disk update (prior version must be installed) adds more fixes for Pokémon Diamond & Pearl (Japan) along with an unconfirmed "sort" fix. There is no v4.6 English Loader at the moment, but when there is, I will amend this story. For now, use v.4.4 Loader (4.5a is bugged for PassCard 3 owners).

Looks like i spoke too soon, looks like we need to wait for a new loader to handle the new save type they added, as it increased from 256 to 512, and its not writing the save with the current loader.

I can confirm from email, and testing my self, that this fixes the last of the save issues with the pokemon games.

You can now have diamond and pearl on the same disk also.
