Hacking G6 Real + G6 Lite in tandem?

Currently own a G6 Real for my DS backups, but because of slow dev progress on the G6 Real DLDI/PDA features, was thinking of picking up a G6 Lite to go with it. Would use it specifically for GBA backups, RAM expansion for Opera, and rumble, maybe some NES/SNES emu and PDA as well. Only concern was if the two will work together - ultimately, I'd want the Lite to work as NDS support for Rumble/Ram when I use slot-1, and work like G6 Lite when I boot slot-2.

Will there be compatibility problems on bootup, or am I good to go?
