They're not doing them, some emailed the G6 team and they were told it was a rumour. Winsunx is seeling a non-existent product.

would a DS flashcard without GBA support make any sense?
all DS flashcards are based on GBA flashcards, so making them incompatible with GBA roms would even be an extra effort

still hope the G6 Lite Professional is true, a 4Gbit DS flashcard for 50 bucks would be totally awesome, since I already have a fully working GBA flashcard...

You don't need to put the real time clock thingy and perhaps some save thingy on the chip if you skip GBA support.

If i were to pick between G6 lite perfect vs. EZFlash IV lite, i'd get EZflash IV lite...

G6 lite per = 78USD
Ezflash IV lite + 1gig microSD = ~$91 USD

for $13 more, i can get double the memory, almost the same flush, a little ugliness but can't really see it if u don't focus on it, outstanding GBA support, 0.5% less of DS support.


I was gonna get G6 lite pro for $53 but winsunx screwed me over. So screw G6, i'm going with EZ.

Kinda bummed that the G6litepro is no more, but I too had the idea of picking up the EZF4Lite+1GB (85.70 USD which is only 7.70 more!). HOWEVER, it looks like Winsunx is out of stock - "Pre-Order, ships when stock arrives". Dammit!!!

Don't forget the slowdowns with EZ4L, we don't know if that's micro SD to blame or the cart itself but I hope it's the latter since benchmarks show micro is actually a faster format than mini. That plus its build quality, the fact that it sticking out does bother me (even if it's just a little, I would notice it) and issues with homebrew means EZ4L isn't an option for me anymore. There's just way too many negatives about it.

May seem silly but I refuse to buy a cart that can't play Dawn of Sorrow's intro without skipping, call it future proofing if you will. So I have my fingers crossed for the M3 Lite (or even Supercard Lite), G6 Lite being my backup choice only because I would prefer 1GB.

The actual size of the storage doesn't really bother me (I've only got 512mb M3 CF atm anyway, and it's more than enough), I'm just after something a little more updated for my new DS Lite because the M3 CF just looks absolutely dire (it's huge I tells you!), the G6 Lite Pro seems fantastic since I've played every GBA game I'll really ever want to play, so I'm only interested in NDS now.

yah everything u say is true.
but I can't be certain on G6lite's ability to play homebrew either. They are least bought IMO. I don' own a G6 myself so i'm not sure. Confirmation is key

I'll be on the look out for M3 lite. for now i think i'll stick with buying Ezflash. I can't handle 1.4 cm from M3 mini sd anymore XD. I'm selling it to get the EZflash. I can easily sell the Ezflash to get the M3 lite too.

G6 lite perfect just doesn't satisfy me in terms of cost. for its bad GBA compatibility and fixed storage. I don't play GBA games either so the perfect is just waste of money.

Well for me, I'm getting this so I can play Ultimate Spiderman (finally) without the game freezing at some point (even ingame)..

That drove me nuts!

Plus I want a true dust cover replacement so it's good and I still have my phat m3cf for my backup (don't want to lose money on selling it because people don't want this product anymore and CF is going to be the next obselete flash media)
