Jet Set Radio's HD remake was met with much joy and some fear. Due to licensing issues, many people fretted over an incomplete soundtrack to Sega's Dreamcast classic. However, Sega has finally unveiled that Jet Set Radio HD's soundtrack is, in fact, the full soundtrack from the original game.

Additionally, Sega will include all the songs from all three regions of the game (Japan, Europe, and America) on all versions of the game.

The full list can be seen below.

By Hideki Naganuma (SEGA)
“Grace and Glory”
“Humming the Bassline”
“Let Mom Sleep”
“Moody’s Shuffle”
“Rock It On”
“Sneakman”
“Sweet Soul Brother”
“That’s Enough”
By Guitar Vader
“Super Brothers”
“Magical Girl”

By Deavid Soul
“Dunny Boy Williamson Show”
“Miller Ball Breakers”
“On the Bowl (A.Fargus Remix)”
“Up-Set Attack”
Also including such popular tracks as …
“Electric Tooth Brush” by Toronto
“Everybody Jump Around” by Richard Jacques
“OK House” by Idol Taxi
“Bout the City” by Reps
“Funky Radio” by B.B. Rights
“Mischievous Boy” by Castle Logical

“Dragula” by Rob Zombie
“Slow” by Professional Murder Music

Now this is what i'm talking about, wouldn't be the same JSR(JGR) without those orginal tracks.
Personally i would have just mooded the old songs into the PC version like i did with Crazy Taxi, but it's great to see Sega go the extra mile and save me and many others the hassle!

I dug out my dreamcast and was playing JSR only a couple of days ago!
It's still a good game, though I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as back in the day, but i'm still deff going to buy this remake :)

...I just found out that this is still missing some songs. Yappie Feet by Deavid Soul isn't there, and the PAL-only Many Styles by O.B. One isn't either.
Whatevs. It's still 99% of the perfect version of this game.

Yappie Feets missing is realy strange. Why could they get the other 4 Songs by Deavid Soul, but not this one? They are even on the same album.

Other than that I'm realy happy the list of relicensed tracks got a lot longer.

He may not be with us now, but prowler's spirit lives on. I'm sure that wherever he is, he's enjoying this news... and blaring the worst J-pop known to man.

Godspeed, prowler. Godspeed.

Am I a bad person only recognising Jurassic 5?

No, that's really the only one anyone would expect you to recognize (unless you'd played the game before). This isn't a Tony Hawk game or anything where they just rip deep tracks from random punk and rap albums.

Damn no Yappie Feet! That was my 2nd favorite after Electric Toothbrush!!

"Also including such popular tracks as …"

Cause reading is hard. They are examples. They are not the complete track list.

I'm very happy to see this.... I'm hoping for another JSRF release with the same treatment. I live day by day with "Birthday Cake", other Cibo Matto tunes, and tracks from that game.

@AncientBoi, Yeah, believe you can do PSP games as well. But a Pi5 is much powerful in comparison.

Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Other games I can have turned up to like 2X and all kinds of enhancements, Motorstorm hmmm nope 1X and no enhancements lol

Waiting for Anbernic's rg[whatever]SP price announcement, gimme.

I will admit that one does seem more interesting than the usual Ambernic ones, and I already liked those.

    I dread the price point.

  • Veho @ Veho:
This looks like one of their premium models, so... $150 :glare:

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    To me that seems reasonable.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I mean since basically all the games are errmmm free lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet :(
  • Veho @ Veho:
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
yes that's the expensive part lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean sure it's flexible and stuff but so is uremum but it's fiddly.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I want everything served on a plate plz ktnx, "work" is too much work for me.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Hmm, with that in mind, maybe a complete out-the-box solution with all the games collected, pacthed and optimized for me would be worth $150
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah it's all choice and that's a good thing :)
