.3ds doesn't appear to work on N3DS. Launched it and just got a black screen, home button didn't work. Ejected my GW card and was told to use home menu button but still no go. Got kicked out to sysNAND after that. Thankful it didn't F up my emuNAND at least.

i have build today => Here

No .3ds or CIA file so this has to be run from ninjhax I take it since it's .3dsx. What improvements over Smealum's build if any, and why post in this thread which is meant for GW compatibility?

I tried a reeeeal old build (launch I guess) with my N3DS XL and it frozen mu console.
Is this new build compatible with N3DS?

I'm asking because I tried ftbrony and it works flawlessly but it's too slow.
BTW, is ftPONY faster than ftbrony?

Thanks!

I just caught up and found that build and am using it on N3DS right now, but getting nothing but connection refused when trying to transfer files from FileZilla. Will try WinSCP next.

Edit: WinSCP works like a champ. Transfered the ftppony cia file without issues. Not sure for larger files however.

Thx.
Please, try sending a large file (1.5gb or so) and take note of the speed.
ftbrony's is around 250kb, too slow... but it works.

I transferred a 115MB CIA file, took about 8-10 minutes to complete. Didn't note the transfer speed because I knew it would be slow. Honestly, the 3DS has really bad wifi speeds, so that is what the limiting factor will be. And FTP has a lot of TCP overhead as well.

I tried it 2 minutes, but at this stage it's not usable, also is in .3ds so I have to close and open it anytime.

It's really bugged, goes in timeout and disconnects too much, rnfr to rename files says command is not supported.

The idea is nice, but I'm much faster by removing the SD and doing it that way.

If you fix bugs and make it in .cia so it stays resident in memory and always opened, that would be nice.
