Homebrew ftpii: Remove NAND (isfs) support?

I transfer my files to my SD with ftpii. My FTP-Program shows me two directorys, isfs (NAND) and SD.
So I´m scared to delete some files from Nand. (by mistake )

you can't write to it using ftpii from your'e pc/laptop, you can copy though.
