Homebrew From which piece of homebrew is this folder?

I'm using my microsd card for both my DS homebrew/games and Wii homebrew.
I have a lot of applications, so the card is pretty full with all kinds of folders. Now I'm doing some cleaning up, and I don't know where this folder is from:
It is in the root, and called SYSTEM. It has 2 subfolders, CONFIG and THEME. Theme is empty, config contains a system.ini file with this:
# Define video mode
VideoMode = auto
# VideoMode = PAL
# VideoMode = mPAL
# VideoMode = euRGB60
# VideoMode = NTSC

Does anyone recognize this?

Looks like mplayer to me.....or some other media player.

definitely a media player of sorts. ive used a lot of wii media players, and ive seen most of those come with some of them.
