Hi,

Currently running Henkaku with offline activator.

What is the correct order to replace henkaku to taihen.
Do I need to uninstall offline installer and if so : how do I do that?
And after the Taihen install proces (online) : can I use offline installer again?

To update to taihen just reboot the vita and visit beta.henkaku.xyz.
If you have any problems with taihen/vitashell: https://www.reddit.com/r/vitahacks/comments/5f8kop/help_installing_vitashell_142/daihxe1/?context=3 (note vitashell is now on version 1.43 and you shouldn't need to reboot after enabling unsafe homebrew on latest taihen/molecularshell, but it wont hurt).

For offline (while in taihen mode obviously):
Reset your email app (icon with 3 dots in the bottom right when email app is open).
Uninstall the old offline installer
Install taihen offline using switchkaku (http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=116&t=47473) or another offline installer for taihen (eg https://github.com/afurlani/offline-installer/releases/tag/1.0)
