Hacking freethewads and Majora's Mask

Just got the PAL scene release. Supposedly made it region free using freethewads. Now I'm having second thoughts. What's the worst that can happen to my NTSC 3.2U wii? Brick? The wad just don't working? I really wanna play this game. As always thanks in advance.

Making wads region free never failed on me..

So I don't think it can harm ur wii.

it doesn't work right on NSTC, though it may work good for you, I dunno
Sounds are messed up, and plays way to fast

i have it on my NTSC wii region free'd but i read somewhere that you have to be on 4.0 for it to work (which im on) and yeah sound is really choppy

Worst that could happen is you get banner bricked. This is salvageable if you're Wii is set up properly with Preloader and HBC. You could just run CIOS Downloader + Ios Downloader to recover.

i can confirm that it works, but not correctly. the sound is choppy and the game runs too quickly.
