Homebrew Freeshop games location

Im using freeshop now and my doubt is, where are the games located?, So I can move them to my pc when my SD card is full or change saved games etc.

I don't know myself, but looking at https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Main_Page to find out is probably your best bet.

They are installed the same way a normal 3ds eshop game is installed. Follow Nintendo's instructions for changing SD cards.

They're somewhere in the Nintendo 3DS folder, the folders are named after title ID, so you can figure out which game is in which folder by checking the title IDs on the title key site, and move just that folder.
It's a bit of a hassle but it works, I've moved games back and forth this way no issues.

Just copy all the contents on your SD when you SD card is nearly full to a larger SD card that is properly formatted to work with the 3ds.

You would use JKSM or checkpoint, they are save managers and will decrypt saves. This also allows for other decrypted saves to be exported or imported to those games.

checkpoint isnt recognizing all my games and i cant find an still working link for JKSM

What do you mean by that exactly?
All digital games should show up, but some save in extdata instead of regular save data.
