Hardware Freeloader problem (trauma center new blood is a little too bloody)

so i got a copy of the freeloader and used it to run trauma center new blood... problem is everything is in shades of red! the wii is on 60hz mode (maybe that's the problem?) and connected with a scart cable (which make 60hz mode runs fine) so any idea of what's the problem?
EDIT: uh it was a problem with the tv setting

I was going to suggest turning all the color settings on your TV all the way down. Thus B & W and no red blood.
