Is it any good? Two of my favorite video game characters in a crossover. Please tell me its good.

They were all out by the time I got there. It was basically like 100 people who read "scan-lations" and never buy real stuff ran in, got free crap, ran out. All the regulars who drop 40 bucks a week there got owned. Oh, free comic book day.

I do buy comics once in a while. But I've mostly given up on Marvel/DC superhero stuff because it's such a pain trying to follow the stories with all the retconning and rewrites. I guess it's better to just buy some story arcs and enjoy them by themselves, but still...

In New Hampshire there is a town called Rochester where most of the downtown area gets involved and we get to meet writers, see local comic groups, and meet famous comic creators. The guys that made the ninja turtles are common appearance there. Jetpack Comics hosts the best Free Comic Book Day.

Assuming that the free comics you get on FCBD are just short previews of whole comic book series, they could be compared to video game demos. So basically, every day is free videogames day.
