Hacking Fossil Fighters Champions Error

I have a r4i sdhc dual core from r4isdhc.com and i downloaded fossil fighters champions rom a serveral times pacthed and clean and i get a black screen and my character not level up i need help! -_-

I don't wanna use the ysmenu i lost a r4i dual core because that things like ysmenu or ttmenu are not compatible with the r4i dual core and i don't know why the rom pactched or clean still black screen or the character not level up! i need help!

At least try that thread, it's got multiple ways to get ysmenu working.

If you don't want to use ysmenu, then buy another cart.

No leveling is because of the AP, you'll need a patched version of the rom.

And if you patched the rom manually, using a hex editor, you might have missed a couple of values which would make the rom instacrash.
