Homebrew Forwader3DS not opening

Forwarder3DS is not opening, I opened the command promt and typed java -jar Forwader3DS.jar and it said forwarder3DS unavailable, anybody now how to fix?

sorry for that spelling mistake but it still doesnt change the outcome, i wrote it the right way in the command prompt

Are you running the command from within the folder where the .jar is located?

You might need to install the right java fx. Funnily enough on my Mac I had to use the java included with Minecraft to get it to work.

However you can use ndsForwarder directly on the 3DS or if I may I suggest using YANBF instead since it makes it easier to have a custom banner and sound for your forwarder

It also has a gui and if the game you want to make a forwarder for has already a banner/sound available in the assets repository it'll pick them up automatically.

google java, and it should be the first link (if that's why it doesn't open). it will probably say that no such file or command exists if it's not present.
