Hi, I'm planning on buying a Wii u splatoon bundle used, but I plan on formatting the system if it's not already been formatted, will a format get rid of the pre-installed splatoon game?

obviously it will, why would you format it? just delete any saves or games on memory management and pick what you want to keep, its the same as formating basicaly.
