With Nintendo's servers being shut down, cIOS installation seems to be at risk of being impossible. I believe the d2x cIOS Installer can take IOS files off the SD if the NUS Servers are inaccessible. So which IOS are required for d2x cIOS, Hermes cIOS, IOS 236 (Trucha Bug restoration), MyMenuify (custom themes), and possible neek2o, for both Wii, and vWii? If I can download them with NUSDownloader, I can store and preserve them for when I want to hack another Wii, or vWii. Mostly because I don't know what the communities plans are for preservation, we have 21 days left.

Lol wut?
Wii Shop (the website meant to be browsed with a dedicated app) closing != CDN closing; and in fact, system titles were never accessed through the former
we have 21 days left.
That number seems made up, the generation of new licenses ends at the start of february, and doesn't apply to redownloading what you already own (which on the DSi was only officially guaranteed until last year but happens to be still going, and I suspect it won't go down for at least 2 years - European warranty, ya know)

can take IOS files off the SD if the NUS Servers are inaccessible
Some homebrews do, indeed - but you know Wii DVDs have update partitions, right? :)
