It's alright, kinda like DX in terms of shipping, a bit more unpredictable imo. I've had to wait as long as 2 months for a package while one time it shipped in a week. Generally about 2-3 weeks, a bit slower than DX. Their staff also seems a bit shadier, learns to word things in a way to avoid saying that they are selling fakes and stuff. Their support is absolute crap, but asides from that, you will get what you ordered. Not sure about refunds though.

Can you give me a quick rundown of what you order and how many days it took to order and reach your doorstep

I am just a bit confuse as to buy them or not b/c I lost my origional headphones.

It isn't that they are made up, it is that they don't know any better. I don't think they are a bad deal at all, I've bought a pair, pretty decent, and they could stack up to the originals decently, but they are fake nonetheless. They look real in every aspect, they sound really close, but knowing that China is crawling with fake iPod headphones and the fact that FocalPrice is known to sell fake headphones, I'd be highly suspicious already.

look like your chance of getting a real one is slim but as long as the fakes work there no promble
