I want to stop using the emunand setup and just do everything on Nand, but i have all games/saves on emunand. Is there some way to flash emunand to nand?

Not recommended. It's always best to leave sysNAND clean so you have a safe way to go online. Even if you don't care about online now, I've lost count of how many people lose their clean NAND backup and then don't have a way to return to a 100% clean, safe NAND when they later want to for whatever reason (such as selling the console)
As long as you have a clean sysNAND, returning to an unhacked, clean console is as easy as booting the console normally (no RCM mode)
Also, using an emuNAND means if something goes wrong (messing around with stuff you shouldn't, or accidentally running malicious homebrew/NSPs) you are still left with a working console and getting the emuNAND back up and running is as easy as just flashing the sysNAND over it again using Hekate.
