Hacking Flashcart suggestions

I'm planning to get a flashcart to install NTRboot on my o2ds 11.6. I plan to use this exclusively for NTRBoot and playing DS games. What's the best flashcart to get for this, and where can I get it shipped from the US? I was thinking about getting the R4I 3ds Gold Plus but would like to save money in case I need something.

That's $20 shipped and comes with a good ds flashcard.
One of the only places that ships within the us. 3ds-flashcard.com DOES NOT. Don't believe that lie.
