Hacking Flash DS software?

I heard you can flash the DS's software so that it will never show the stupid health and safety warning again!

How do I do this on a R4DS?

Keep in mind that flashing your DS is risky. Some people say it isn't, but in my experience reading about people bricking their DSs, it's right up there with replacement cases as one of the top causes. Make sure you know what you're doing before you try it.
