I did it!!

rooted phone, flashed first baseband, installed cyanogen_thunderg-ota-eng.mik-6.5.8.
My phone is perfect now I couldn't be happier with this phone.

Pfft...ICS barely works on my HTC Evo I wish it did though, I really like the launcher!
