Some of you have noticed that VBA doesn't read the RTC of your virtual console Pokemon games correctly. The best way that I know how to fix this is by using a hex editor on your save file to delete 0x30Bytes(48Bytes) from 0x00007FD0 - 0x00008000.
This will cause the game to prompt you to reset the clock upon loading your save file. So you can set it correctly in VBA. When you import it back to your VC game, you still must delete the last two lines of code, and you will once again be prompted to reset the clock. Fix it once again, then resave on the console and your RTC will be exactly the same as before.
