Anyone knows what's the newest firmware the 3DS can have already installed when I buy a new one? I ask this because I want to buy a 3DS, but I need to be sure that it will work with Gateway, thus can't have a 9.4 version of the firmware. And Sky3DS is not an option because it doesn't play some of the games I'd like to be able to play.
