There is already a thread for this (well, a few now but mine was the first)
It is a rumor, and a supposed leak. It wouldn't be surprising with the rumored Nintendo Direct on the 11th and also the boundless other leaks.

The issue I have with forums that say that they have reliable sources is that they don't tell you who the sources are. It could somebody with no knowledge whatsoever.

There's a possibility that this is faked. Big_Red_N from Twitter noticed a discrepancy in the file sizes shown in the video:

The system update leak is fake. The console has Mario Kart 8 DX downloaded digitally, which takes up 6.8 GB of space, but only 2GB of System Memory is taken up, less than 3.2 GB of the SD card storage is taken up, and only 0.9 GB of Cloud storage ist taken up.

Who? Not saying its real or fake. But he has no idea the file size of the SD card if it is real, will he apologize or make an excuse as to why he was "deceived"? Sounds like he wants more followers so he jumped on the "its fake" bandwagon. That being said. It could be fake....but...... Oh yeah.....WHO?
