Homebrew File Manager Request?

Can someone make a file manager that can copy and paste files between two SD Cards for the homebrew? Or is there already on that can do it? Like have a SD Card With Homebrew application on it then use the file manager to copy the files from that SD Card then u can remove the SD card put in the new SD card a paste the files on the new SD card. Can it be done becuase I do not own a computer and I use my Samsung tablet to get homebrew application's and I don't fell like switching SD cards every time I want to use the Homebrew channel. 3DS is a Normal size SD card the big one and my Samsung tablet uses micro SD Cards.

My private version of Sunshell just provides this feature by months. Maybe i'll make an intermediate version to add it in next days cause NH 2.5 seems not so soon as smealum said.
