Famicom disc system is an odd one, its quite possible you'll find the games in normal NES files on your usual ROM site, I'm sure people will have converted.
 
I could be totally blowing smoke, but for some reason I thought that there was a FDS emu for the GBA...
 
HVCA for the GBA can emulate them, while NesterDS+ for the DS can as well. You'll probably need the bootdisk.rom (or whatever it's called) file in both cases.

Yes, I can see that NesterDS seems can play FDS (on list only but still can't, missing plugin maybe?). where I should put the bootdisk.rom?
 
May I ask what Famicom games are worth playing that arn't avalible on the NES? I'd be interested in trying them out.
