FCE Ultra GX v3.2.7

This version does not work with FDS games anymore. After loading an FDS rom, game loads fine. but when you need to swith to side "B", emulator crashes then dumps you outof emulator. This was reported that FCE ULTRA GX v3.2.7 crashes, but dborth list it as will not fix!

Did you try the games in the latest version of FCEUX on the PC? Do FDS games still work on it? If not then it's a problem with the original emulator not the Wii port, so dborth would have nothing to do with that. If it does work on the PC version then dborth should fix it as it's an issue with the port.

Edit: apparently the issue has been corrected in the latest update 3.2.9
