Hacking FCE Ultra for LCD and Plasma

Does anyone know where to find the FCE Ultra that works for LCD and Plasmas (I get a lot of jittery and flickery games).
I know someone made a channel out of it but I am wanting the elf file so I can run it in the HBC.

Sorry I can't help you, but I would like to say that the problem with FCE Ultra you're speaking of happens with any TV. I'm on a standard def TV and I can't stand the image. It's much better playing NES games as a VC Channel. There should be options to adjust the display, like a flicker filter in xport's xbox emulators.
