Hacking FBI error trying to get arm9loaderhax

so basically ive been trying to get arm9loaderhax and im on the step where you have to boot into the homebrew menu and then into cfw and then into the homebrew menu again and yes im sure i havent miseed a step but when i go into fbi and try to install the sysupdater.cia it comes with an error stating:

all i can say is HELP! btw used this tutorial : https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-4-(Old-3DS)

IIRC the 3dsx version of FBI can't install to emuNAND.
