ROM Hack FBI Error Installation

So i tried installing some development applications that should work & install properly, but unfortunately I'm getting a error with every dev cia...
I also tried to delete the ticket & rename the cia but no luck


Error: Failed to install CIA file


Result Code 0xD8E0806A

Desc: Cert Signature or hash check failed (106)

That means somethings bad with the copy you have. You would need to look at gettibg another copy from another source.

Well it's not like they are nearly impossible to get...
That's the only source i found from a long LONG research in google and other platforms.

Check if your SD card is fake, faulty, or dying.

1. Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
2. Quadruple reformat.
3. Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.
