Phantom Hourglass, The Fallen King or Trauma Center. Ninja Gaiden seemed to ruin your touch screen, but was a novel way of playing.

Yoshi Touch n' Go.

I freaking love Yoshi Touch n' Go. It was the first game I played for the DS, and still one of the most addictive games I have on my microSD. It might be just because it was the first DS game I played, but I love it.

I think EBA and Ouedan define "ruin your touch screen"

Good thing I have a screen protector... I really should replace it with a new one!

LOZ:PH is very fluid except when switching side items.. takes you a sec to do the switch and potentially get hit

I think I'll give thumbs up to Ninja Gaiden for this one.

I don't remember using the buttons much in Professor Layton? That was a neat game!

It's been a while since I finished it though, so I might be wrong

"Game that can be played with ONLY the stylus", or "game that can ONLY be played with the stylus"?

Any way or another... Elite Beat Agents/Ouendan series. It's still the best creative work on the system so far.

Well...

Phantom Hourglass
Elite beat agents (i can play it forever)
Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword (the best action game for DS, a little bit easy though).
