Hacking [Fatal Frame] .rpx mod file is bigger than original file

There is a translation mod of Fatal Frame in my language, but the modder intend to make it playable only for cemu. So, there is only a .rpx file in code folder and meta folder is empty. When loading, the title in main scene is Project Zero. So i guess it's EU version. I downloaded missing files from USB Helper and packed with Nuspacker to install on real WiiU but it didn't work while there was only black screen after booting. Question is is there any way to make it playable on WiiU? I saw that the .rpx file (44MB) is bigger than original file downloaded from USB Helper (11MB). Is this the main problem? I want to play this so bad, hope someone plese help me with this
