Hacking FAT Initialize error GBA Backup Tool

I'm running v0.21 of GBA Backup Tool and whenever I try to rip a game I turn on my DS (the GBA game is detected) and I run my Acekard2i and then BOOM
I get hit with this screen that says "FAT Initialize..." and it won't go any further. Help?

**UPDATE**
Used my Gateway 3DS and worked out just fine maybe the Acekard2i shouldn't be used anymore?
I guess I'll always have a backup plan lol
